1. Exchange Policy (Wrong or Faulty Product)
If you receive:
A defective or damaged product, or
A different product than what you ordered,
We’ll happily offer a free exchange. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/videos showing the issue. Our team will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Refund Policy (Dissatisfaction)
If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
The product must be in original condition and packaging.
A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund through your original payment method.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide your order ID, issue details, and relevant photos if needed.

Note:
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Shipping fees may be deducted unless the issue is due to our error.
